Visit Reason
A Life Safety Survey was conducted on or about June 2, 2025, to assess compliance with fire and life safety code rules.

Tenn. Comp. R. and Reg. 0720-26-.10(2)(h) prohibits open flame and portable space heaters. A portable space heater was being used in a resident room.
