The purpose of this visit was to conduct a re-licensure inspection of Tayler's Sanctuary, with an on-site visit made to the facility on 3/12/25.
Findings
The inspection identified deficiencies including failure to provide evidence of satisfactory fingerprint record checks for two staff members, hot water temperature exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and incomplete Medication Assistance Records (MAR) for one resident.
