Inspired Living at Lewisville underwent a comprehensive inspection on August 8, 2024, resulting in 18 state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies accounted for 9 of these citations, including failures to comply with Texas Food Establishment rules and local health ordinances, ensure resident safety from abuse and neglect, conduct required fire drills, and meet manager qualifications. These issues were largely addressed by September 15, 2024. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had 12 deficiencies, all related to fire safety and emergency preparedness, including inadequate exit signs, lighting levels, and emergency generator compliance. While some of these issues dated back to December 22, 2020, most were corrected by February 5, 2021. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this inspection.
