Inspection Report Summary for The Woodlake
The July 17, 2025 pre‑licensing inspection of The Woodlake, a 740‑type residential care facility, was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst Kevin Gould. The visit, which began at 9:30 AM and concluded at 4:15 PM, included a comprehensive tour of the facility’s physical plant, kitchen, resident rooms, and outdoor areas. Corinna Goode, the administrator, met with the analyst and together confirmed that the current census was 122 and the memory‑care wing was populated by 38 residents. All safety and health requirements—temperature control, fire and carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kits, and medication storage—were found to be compliant. No deficiencies were cited, and the analyst indicated that once the applicant completes the Component III orientation, there would be no objections to licensing.
