Inspection Report Summary for Watermark At Brooklyn Heights

The facility underwent two inspections from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2025, resulting in a total of 16 violations and no inspections with no violations. The largest survey by violations was the complaint survey issued on February 28, 2025, which identified 15 violations. A second survey, issued on January 28, 2025, identified a single violation under Regulation 485.11(b) related to records and reports, also pending review. All violations from both surveys are currently under the Inspection Review Process and have not yet resulted in enforcement action.
