The follow-up inspection found no deficiencies and confirmed that all previously cited deficiencies were corrected. The facility meets the Assisted Living Facility licensing requirements.

WAC 388-78A-2350-1 Coordination of health care services. The facility failed to coordinate services with hospital staff for one resident's scheduled procedure, causing potential harm due to lack of communication and notification.
WAC 388-78A-2950 Water supply. The facility failed to maintain hot water temperatures between 105 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit in resident rooms, exposing residents to potential burns.
WAC 388-78A-2474 Training and home care aide certification requirements. The facility failed to ensure required continuing education and specialty training for staff, placing residents at risk of unqualified care.
