Annual Survey conducted on 12/23/2024 to assess compliance with state regulations including disaster preparedness and service plan requirements.
Findings
The facility failed to include residents and visitors in fire drills as required by disaster preparedness regulations, with most drills being simulated rather than actual evacuations.
