Only 1 out of 3 elevators is functioning Estimate time of repair on one of the two is sometime in 2027. One older male resident started an altercation with a female resident resulting in male assaulting female with a slap to the face. Two ceiling water pipes have burst in community dining area. One in the kitchen and one above the dining tables in aforementioned room. Both incidents occurred this last week of January 2026. This building is antiquated and very poorly maintained!! No parking lot lights in very back of West side of building to assist in seeking building entrance during dark hours. Same parking lots has flooding areas that have been patched and patched and patched.What do you like most about living here? Answer: There aren’t Any caregivers on site. Have to contract with your own caregivers. No 24 hour site maintenance. Water pipes bursting twice in resident ding and kitchen rooms. Resident had a male resident aggressively assault her with a slap to the face. No parking lot light on west end of bldg. flooding areas on west side as well. DINING ROOM IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY. Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: No How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 4 Are special diets handled well? Answer: Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: No How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: 4 How was the units offered in this community? Answer: 2bedroom size is good. Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: Poorly Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: Rent increases considerably yearly Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: 3-4 Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: All the aforementioned problems!!
