Inspection Report Summary for Atria Westchase

ATRIA WESTCHASE underwent a comprehensive inspection on October 21, 2021, resulting in 9 total violations. The facility was cited for 0 Health Code deficiencies, but had several Life Safety Code issues, including non-compliance with outdoor area fencing, locked gates, fire drills, emergency plans, hazardous areas, fire alarm and smoke detection systems, and building maintenance. These deficiencies were identified during a previous inspection on May 31, 2019, and corrected by July 1, 2019. ATRIA WESTCHASE had no state standard violations prior to the October 2021 inspection. However, an administrative penalty was assessed against the facility on October 23, 2025, in the amount of $2250.00 for failing to have sufficient staff to provide adequate supervision and care to residents.
