Leaving 1 star only because 0 stars is not an optionI would not wish the facility on my worst enemy. Do not send your loved ones here, the service our family received was awful, and when we complained we received a response with no apology, no indication that things would change in future and no regret for the stress that our family suffered.The management at this Home should be ashamed of themselves and I hope no other family has to suffer what we did.What do you like most about living here? Answer: How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: There was none - my family member was on the secure dementia ward and we were not told that 8/10 people on the ward were bed-bound and she barely spoke to anyone else all day How was the units offered in this community? Answer: Standard. The drinks available were room-temperature cans of pop. Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: Awful - after 2 nights they called and said my sister in law could no longer stay and gave us no time and no alternative care, they cased my family endless amounts of stress Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: We were charged for additional 1-on-1 care as they decided that after completing pre-admission assessment that they were not able to meet her needs. A 10 day respite ended up costing almost £5000 Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: No, not to anyone ever. Answer: I have been though the formal complaints procedure with the company and they made little or no apology, I have also contacted the care commission,
