Awful - after 2 nights they called and said my sister in law could no longer stay and gave us no time and no alternative care, they cased my family endless amounts of stress

There was none - my family member was on the secure dementia ward and we were not told that 8/10 people on the ward were bed-bound and she barely spoke to anyone else all day
Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges?
We were charged for additional 1-on-1 care as they decided that after completing pre-admission assessment that they were not able to meet her needs. A 10 day respite ended up costing almost £5000
Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options?
No, not to anyone ever. I would actively warn the against it
Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in?
I have been though the formal complaints procedure with the company and they made little or no apology, I have also contacted the care commission,
