Both deficiencies were categorized under the Life Safety Code, with no Health Code violations listed. The facility was cited for failing to inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm system components, which was corrected by March 7, 2022. Additionally, a previous inspection on February 15, 2022, also noted this issue, indicating that it was ongoing at the time of the most recent inspection. No Health Code deficiencies were identified during either inspection.
