Answer: No Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: No. It’s way too expensive! Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: How unfriendly the management is.This is a very expensive $ place to live—$1000.00 just in space rent—that doesn’t include a mortgage payment. That could mean a high monthly payment together. This management cares nothing about residents' needs at all. They only collect money. This is a warning: once you get in, they make it difficult to get out. Stay away from this depressing place and all Cal-Am properties.
