The Slovene Home Skilled Care & Rehabilitation

Bridget Kocjan, Community Liaison
A favorite memory is when we celebrated Nursing Home Week last month. I put together a picture collage of all the different activities we've done over the year with our residents, their families, and staff. I then asked everyone to write down a favorite memory of Slovene Home and add it to the border of the collage. It ended up being a beautiful collection of memories that are a testament to our quality of care and focus on family. It also speaks to our 64-year legacy of providing care in this community!
