Matt Manning has run the place as Administrator since day one. That kind of continuity matters in memory care specifically, where routine and familiar faces tend to carry more weight than they would somewhere else.

Wellington Woods reads less like a sprawling campus and more like a compact, closely staffed setting built around consistency.
