The most recent inspection on March 12, 2025, found The Heritage at Legacy in compliance with licensing requirements and included certification for renewal without deficiencies. Earlier inspections were generally free of deficiencies, with the exception of a complaint investigation in June 2018 that identified two issues related to failure to provide night checks as agreed and lack of a physician order for a topical medication. No fines, immediate jeopardy findings, or enforcement actions were listed in the available reports.
