The Health Code section listed no deficiencies, while the Life Safety Code section cited three instances of non-compliance: failure to conduct and document fire drills, inadequate resident bedroom doors, and insufficient procedures for safe oxygen use. Additionally, the facility was found to be lacking a commercial range hood and exhaust system in compliance with NFPA 96 standards. These issues were addressed during the specified correction dates ranging from February 11, 2021, to March 11, 2021. No enforcement actions were taken against THE DELANEY AT SOUTH SHORE as a result of this inspection.
