I was very disappointed in the lack of compassion, communication & care my husband received. The facility is clean but the staff lacks compassion for the patient. My husband passed & the unprofessional manner in which I was told is beyond belief. They had no clue what hospital he went to - gave me wrong information & was totally unsympathetic. You have to be let in & out of the facility but no one man’s the front desk all the time. It took me 10 minutes and a phone call to the facility to get someone to let me in, by the way there was a lady sitting in an office and could see & hear me knocking and ringing the doorbell but she chose to sit on her fanny probably laughing at me as I was standing out in the heat. I was lucky she answered the phone, I had called on other occasions only to have no one answer the phone. So frustrating. The aides are rude and the nurses have no patience. I can’t get any answers to what happened to my husband, he never had heart issues and went into cardiac arrest. He was in the facility for rehab after hospitalization & boom a week later he was gone. I would just like some answers but can’t get them. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. What do you like most about living here?
