A Caring Manor I Reviews

David Simms
This care facility is horrible. Ive been family with the care givers and owners all my life. They're Mormons and prefer to give thanks to some so called prophet Joseph Smith. The cost of the rooms varies on occupancy, however for 5 - 8,000 dollars a month, the residents are not fed home cooked meals, they're fed TV dinners as the administrative staff have too much to do. They have hired they're kids and pay them more then the seasoned certified care givers in which the kids dont accomplish their care giving duties. The manager of one home was not certified and they audited by the state. The attention to individuals is down played and almost seems like a nuisance to the care givers instead of an opportunity. I caution each and every person looking for a home for their loved ones to avoid this home as well as A carring Manor II. Too many games and word plays to which the amount of money is not justified. Please keep your loved ones from this facility. What do you like most about living here? Answer: Nothing. Family runs the home for the last 30 years. They do not treat residents right or follow the rules set forth by the state of Arizona. Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: No How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 1 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: No How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: There's very little interaction with them. They treat them as a nuisance more than a conversation. How was the units offered in this community? Answer: Units are rooms in a home. Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: Yes, but built into the price of them rent Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: No, not in anyway. Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer:
