This report covers 20 inspections of Auburn Hill Senior Living from February 8, 2021 to October 23, 2025, including complaint surveys and routine inspections.

Complaint Details
Ten inspections were complaint surveys. Investigations covered allegations in areas such as personnel, staffing, resident accommodations, resident care, buildings and grounds, and admission, retention and discharge of residents. Several complaints were not supported by evidence, while others resulted in violations issued.
Findings
