Bickford of Oswego Reviews

Cindy Lancaster
Tanya is very unprofessional and does not tell the truth. She spoke with my mother who is trying to place my father with dementia for a short-term stay after surgery and was given the 'run-around' so I called. When both my mom and I call she would say she is with a family and would call us back. Why would you answer your phone if you are in a meeting? Then she goes on to say that Bickford cannot take my dad because he needs too much care. Then she said Bickford had no current openings at this time. Which is it? I believe she is making things up as she goes. That is quite scary in this business.
