Specifically, the facility was found to have inadequate lighting levels and failed to comply with Chapter 33 regulations for existing residential board and care occupancies. Additionally, the staff or attendant area did not meet licensing standards, and a commercial range hood and exhaust system were not properly maintained. The facility had previously corrected these issues between January 23, 2020, and March 31, 2020. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this inspection.
