Some deficiencies were corrected during the inspection itself, which concluded on June 8, 2024. Additionally, no complaint investigations, enforcement actions, or fines have been recorded.
The amenity offering is one of the clearest strengths of the community, featuring a monthly activity and outings calendar, resident-run clubs and special interest groups, spiritual programming, educational and personal development classes, family and community entertainment, and scenic drives. Weekly scheduled transportation is also available for medical appointments and shopping, alongside meal delivery options, a private family dining room, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry access, an on-site beauty salon and barber shop, private mailboxes, personal temperature control, and suite-level emergency alert systems.
As one of the few larger assisted living options in eastern Utah, Heirloom Assisted Living is best suited for older adults in Price and Carbon County seeking a well-established, full-service assisted living community with strong clinical staffing, a rich activities program, and access to ancillary services including hospice, palliative care, and therapy coordination.
