Lakeshore – The Fountains covers a lot of ground under one roof in Duluth, Minnesota: assisted living, independent living, memory care, and respite care, all in a three-story building on London Rd. Kristy Johnson runs it as Executive Director. The neighborhood itself isn’t walkable: a Walk Score of 17 means you’re driving for nearly everything, which is worth knowing going in.
