This inspection was conducted as a State Licensure annual survey in accordance with Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 449 for Residential Facility for Groups.
Findings

Findings
The facility received a grade of A. One regulatory deficiency was identified related to personnel files, specifically that one of five sampled employees did not have in-person CPR and first aid training as required.

The facility failed to ensure one of five sampled employees received in-person cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid training; the employee completed training online instead of in person.
