- NIXON ASSISTED LIVING OF HOUSTON underwent a comprehensive inspection on November 09, 2021, resulting in six state standard violations. Of these, four were classified as Health Code deficiencies, including the failure to procure food from acceptable sources and inadequate handling of perishable food items. The remaining two violations fell under the Life Safety Code, which also included past issues related to fire safety and building maintenance that were corrected between October 2019 and November 2021. No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection.
