Portside at Grande Dunes Reviews

Mary B
The person in charge of residents is terrible, Abby does nothing and Tiffany the business Manager is so rude. I left dozens of calls and emails for Abby and she would not return a single one. All I wanted was to put down a deposit for my parents. I guess Abby thinks they are too healthy she seemed to only want sick or dying residents to apply for Portside! Maybe she works on commission. Tiffani reeks of smoke and makes incredibly inappropriate comments to staff and residents! It's trashy behavior and she tried to convince me of all her certifications in HR and community living but when I researched there were none - FRAUD! The dining room director blew me off when I asked a question about food allergies, apparently, she does not care! My parents have lots of money and require no assistance, we'll take their money elsewhere! I would not recommend anyone's parents to live at Portside.
