The community’s amenities stand out with its focused, care-forward environment, which appeals to families seeking a balance of lifestyle and care. However, the community does not accept Medicare, making private pay or Medicaid the only feasible funding option. 

With its dedicated memory care program in an intimate, relationship-centered setting and assisted living support, Prairie Home is an ideal choice for those who require specialized dementia care but prefer a community-rooted atmosphere in the Holmen and greater La Crosse area.
