A complaint investigation on January 21, 2026, addressing allegations regarding call light responsiveness, environment safety and cleanliness, infection control, ADL assistance, fall prevention, and medication management found no deficiencies. The facility was found in compliance with all regulations, with call lights within reach and answered timely, clean and comfortable environment, appropriate staff assistance, accurate medication administration, and safety checks completed every two hours.

The facility’s occupancy has grown from 88 beds in June 2022 to 92 residents in a 100-bed capacity in January 2026. No fines or license suspensions are recorded.
