Starwood Manor is unlike any other personal care home, assisted living or skilled nursing facility you have ever heard of. It is a one-of-a-kind, unique concept in the Austin area. Our senior care facility is located in the heart of Cedar Park, TX in an 11,300sf luxury villa owned by Kari Engle. The villa’s lower east wing is fully converted into a highly upscale senior personal care home. Most personal care homes offer room and board and varying degrees of assistance with activities of daily living. Starwood Manor is known for its reputation for excellent skilled nursing in a comfortable, home-like setting.

We are able to accept residents that are independent to those who need assisted living care levels to those who need skilled nursing care. Those with medically complicated health issues or who are on hospice who do not want to be admitted to a nursing home or assisted living facility generally find their way here. Kari lives on-site and is extremely hands-on with regard to care. And our licensed nurse, is skilled at tackling all kinds of wound care issues, medication management issues, etc. We accept residents with picc lines, colostomies, feeding tubes, paralysis management, hoyer lift/bariatric needs, catheterized lungs, trachs, COPD/breathing issues, multiple co-morbidities, dementia/Alzheimers, complicated wounds/wound vacs, high fall risk management, catheters,fractures, edema, diabetic injections, those in need of PT rehab after surgery, and we excel at hospice care.

Our highly trained staff delivers person-centered, on-on-one care to residents in a luxurious, spoiling environment. Here residents get the best of everything, including gorgeous, peaceful accommodations, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, and amazing food. The rooms are spacious and private and adjacent to an enormous restroom equipped with a built in fireplace. Residents can continue seeing their own established physician, or they can establish services with one of the physicians who come to us. Staff is available 24/7.
