Cottages are exclusively for independent living residents where they have a full, private bathroom; laundry room. As for residents of assisted living, residents have their own designated apartment-style room which include assistance with eating, bathing , grooming, and ambulating; as well as having medication management and access to other medical services. Both independent and assisted living residents get weekly housekeeping and laundry services– as well as the liberty to join exercise and wellness programs and receive meals everyday in the dining areas.
