Operated by Westminster Terrace LLC, Westminster Terrace is an assisted living and independent living community in Westminster, California. Carmen Galicia serves as the administrator. The three-story building has been operating for 3 years and has 152 beds with an occupancy rate of 76%. Residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom, and semi-private accommodations.

Daily life is built around personal care and respite care. Staff is available 24 hours a day. Each resident receives an individualized care plan based on their needs and daily routines. The community provides three meals each day, along with housekeeping, laundry, and scheduled transportation. These services help reduce many of the daily responsibilities that often fall on family members.

Residents can join in social gatherings, outings, and live entertainment. The community also has a salon, a library, and walking paths. Residents can bring their pets, which can make the move easier for those who want to keep a companion animal. The area has a Walk Score of 78 out of 100, which is very walkable. Residents and visiting family can reach many nearby shops and services on foot.

California’s Department of Social Services has inspected the community regularly since 2023. Recent inspections have focused on resident supervision and medication administration. The most recent annual inspection found no deficiencies in resident care, safety, or facility conditions.

Families considering Westminster Terrace should ask how the community manages daily supervision because it’s important in assisted living care.

Susan
I have lived at WT for almost 2 years. I have been retaliated on by the ED and I am under 3 doctors care because of it. Leslie Quainitar the COO doesn't care. There is no accountability here from the COO, Supervisor Paul Markovitsh, ED Carmen Galacia. Two belongings of mine stolen from housekeeping and had items on Inventory Sheet and Markovitsh said that he will not cover it and that is final. This is a legal a document. Subpoenas are going out. Welcome to Orange County Leslie.
