Heritage Heights offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, nursing home and skilled nursing care, respite care, and a continuing care retirement community in Concord, NH. It is in the East Concord neighborhood and opened in 1980. Independent living provides a private home without daily care, while assisted living includes help with bathing, dressing, and medication management. Memory care offers a secured setting with supervision for someone living with dementia who may be at risk of wandering.
Nursing home and skilled nursing care provide licensed nursing care on site around the clock. Respite care gives a resident a short stay while their usual caregiver travels or recovers. Several care levels are available, so Heritage Heights may suit a resident whose needs could grow over time without requiring a move to another community. Short term rehabilitation provides a temporary stay focused on recovery after an illness, injury, or hospital treatment; Medicare can be used for short term skilled care after a hospital stay, and private pay is also accepted. Pets are allowed, so residents can bring a pet with them. Mt Debra Willey serves as the administrator.
