Lake Valley Hospice is a hospice agency in St. Louis Park, M, and hospice is the whole of its work. It serves people whose lives are nearing their end, along with their families. Staff are on duty day and night, and physician involvement comes from a doctor on staff.
Trisha Curioz is the executive director. Four named programs, Hospice Basics, Grief Care, Professional Education, and Volunteer Opportunities, cover hospice education, grief support, professional learning, and volunteering.
