Thunderbird Senior Living is located in Glendale, AZ and offers three different types of care all in one place, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Michael D. Brown works as the administrator there.
In independent living, people live in their own private homes and the community helps out with services, but daily care isn’t included. When someone moves to assisted living, the staff helps them with things like bathing, getting dressed, and making sure they take their medicine on time. They still get to keep their own apartment though. Memory care is for people with dementia who need supervision in a safe, locked area so they don’t wander off.
If a resident’s needs change, they can move to a different level of care without having to leave Thunderbird. The apartments come in three sizes, studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. Studios work for one person, while two-bedrooms are good for couples or friends living together.
Pets are allowed at Thunderbird. The area has a Walk Score of 54, which means it’s somewhat easy to walk around. Even if someone doesn’t have a car, they can still walk to do some errands nearby.
