The following deficient practice was identified at the time of the unannounced onsite State Complaint Investigation of Intake #100664 conducted on October 27, 2023.
Findings
Two deficiencies were found related to licensing and marketing practices. The hospice was found operating and marketing palliative care services without a State License, posing risks to patients.
