Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge’s memory care program is rooted in a person-centered approach, helping residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while preserving their individuality. The community offers the Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages of dementia and the Solace program for the advanced stages, providing purposeful activities and compassionate care. Residents can enjoy a range of engaging experiences, from outdoor walking clubs and karaoke to movie matinees, Tai Chi, and arts and crafts, all within a comfortable and supportive environment that encourages socialization and independence.
