This report covers 31 inspections of The Pearl at Watkins Centre from November 19, 2020 to June 1, 2026, including routine, complaint, monitoring, and renewal inspections.

Complaint Details
Fourteen inspections were complaint surveys investigating allegations in areas such as Personnel, Resident Care, Staffing and Supervision, Administration, and Additional Requirements for Facilities that Care for Adults with Serious Cognitive Impairments.
