Of these, 17 were classified as Life Safety Code deficiencies, while no Health Code deficiencies were listed. The Life Safety Code issues spanned various themes, including fire safety and building maintenance. For instance, the facility failed to ensure compliance with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101, and had inadequate emergency planning in place. Additionally, there were concerns regarding interior walls and ceilings, fire alarm and smoke detection systems, sprinkler systems, water supply quality, operable windows, pest control programs, and building maintenance. The facility was required to correct these issues between June 6, 2019, and July 15, 2019. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this inspection.
