ATRIA WESTCHASE underwent a comprehensive inspection on October 21, 2021, resulting in 9 total violations. The facility was cited for 0 Health Code deficiencies, but had several Life Safety Code issues, including non-compliance with outdoor area fencing, locked gates, fire drills, emergency plans, hazardous areas, fire alarm and smoke detection systems, and building maintenance.
