With the goal of supporting each resident in achieving the highest degree of independence possible, the staff at Azalealand strives to build deep connections with their patients by promising dependability and professionalism. It offers an exhaustive list of medical and rehabilitation services including 24-hour skilled nursing care, wound management, therapy (physical, speech, occupational, and respiratory), tube feeds, ostomy care, diabetes treatment, and post-surgical assistance. 
This Medicare-accepted facility offers private and semi-private rooms inclusive of room and board, meals, nursing services, walkers and wheelchairs, activities, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services, and social services. The activities are curated by the community’s Activity Director based on residents’ interests to encourage a holistic and speedy recovery.
