The home has been providing specialized care for dementia for over 27 years, with Wendy and Brian starting their first care home in 1988 and transforming Beechwood Gardens into the warm, homely, and comfortable care home it is today after purchasing it in 1995. Their mission has been to create a happy place for residents to live, staff to work, and families to feel comfortable that their loved ones are in good hands.

Beechwood Gardens offers round-the-clock care for individuals living with dementia, with highly trained staff equipped to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support. The home has 18 bedrooms, with 8 en-suite rooms specially adapted to meet the unique needs of individuals living with dementia. Beechwood Gardens encourages families to personalize their loved ones’ rooms to keep them familiar and comfortable. The home offers protected meal times, daily activities, and hosts outside entertainment such as singers, musicians, and exercise classes. Beechwood Gardens values feedback and encourages residents and family members to share their opinions to help maintain high standards and continuously improve services.
