COZY LIVING COMMUNITY was inspected on January 30, 2024, resulting in a total of 13 violations of state standards. The Health Code deficiencies consisted of three citations related to resident care and management training, which were corrected between March 15th and March 30th, 2024. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had multiple deficiencies, including issues with fire safety, building maintenance, and pest control, all of which dated back to January 9, 2020. These included problems with fire drills, alarm systems, sprinkler inspections, and exterior grounds maintenance. Fortunately, correction dates were provided for these older citations, ranging from January 13th to January 20th, 2020. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this inspection.
