The facility failed to ensure that two Mighty Shakes in the walk-in cooler were properly dated with a thaw or use-by date, and a baking sheet with 25 raw strips of bacon was stored past its use-by date. These issues had the potential to affect all fifteen residents receiving meals from the kitchen.
