Denton Village by PureHealth underwent a comprehensive inspection on February 10, 2023, resulting in 8 total violations. The Health Code accounted for 2 of these deficiencies, with the facility failing to provide a locked area for all medications. This issue was corrected on April 14, 2023. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had 6 deficiencies, which were largely related to building and structure compliance, including lighting levels, emergency generator requirements, sprinkler systems, and operable windows or powered exhaust. These issues dated back to an inspection in April 2019, with corrections made between May 29, 2020, and the most recent inspection. No enforcement actions were found.
