GEORGETOWN LIVING underwent a comprehensive inspection on January 17, 2024, resulting in 5 state standard violations cited under both Health Code and Life Safety Code sections. Upon reviewing the inspection findings, it is evident that the facility struggled with building maintenance and fire safety issues. Specifically, the facility failed to provide approved exits from enclosed areas, comply with Chapter 33 regulations, maintain a site free of hazards, ensure proper drainage, and keep the building in good repair. These deficiencies were largely corrected between October 1, 2019, and November 21, 2019. Notably, no Health Code-specific violations were listed under the Life Safety Code section. No enforcement actions were found to have been taken against GEORGETOWN LIVING as a result of these inspections.
