Of these, 13 were classified as Life Safety Code deficiencies and one was not specified under Health Code. The Life Safety Code issues fell into several categories: fire safety (failure to conduct required fire drills, maintain electrical systems, and provide sufficient storage space), building maintenance (inadequate illumination, failure to protect hazardous areas, and ensure corridors met code requirements), and fire protection (deficiencies in the fire alarm system and smoke compartmentation). The facility had previously corrected some of these issues between September 21, 2021, and October 11, 2021. No enforcement actions were found related to this inspection.
