The most recent inspection on June 13, 2024, found no deficiencies at Heritage at Deer Creek. Earlier inspections included a substantiated complaint investigation in February 2024, where inspectors cited a failure to ensure tenant health and safety during an emergency, resulting in a $900 fine and special orders to improve emergency preparedness. This issue involved a delayed staff response to a tenant’s call for help, which unfortunately led to the tenant’s death. Prior to that, a November 2023 licensing visit found no deficiencies. The facility appears to have addressed the cited issues, as indicated by the clean monitoring visit in June 2024.
