No way to Layhill, was there for physical therapy and promise to be long care, physical therapy department is a joke everyone rides this cycle bike regardless of disability and sets you for 15 minutes, this gives the staff time to talk amongst there self's and not watching you or coaching you and then you will stretch a little or walk around the gym and then back to bed, the food you do not pick you get what they serve and it's soft and ice cold with a small glass of powered drink with a fruit cup, breakfast is very small with egg no meat with toast no butter or jam, bad coffee with 1 creamer and 1 sugar and water down oatmeal, nurses a couple are very nice and works hard but most of them useless, don't care about you or your needs your get part of your medicine and don't ask for anything because you won't get it, activities only a few times a day lasting about a hour ,if you get a private room then your lucky there large and kept clean, bathrooms are nice, but if you have a roomy then it's tight any very well could smell, some of the patients are load and you will have to live with it because of there mental state, sometimes staff will roll out patients in the hallway that have dementia and other aliments for show case, the bosses will stay in the office in till 4pm. And the door is locked, your concerns and complaints go unanswered, Layhill promise me long term and I went through all this trouble of getting the paperwork to apply but because of my to many complaints they told me that they no longer had any long term beds and transfer me to a smaller dirtier Rehabilitation Center, this place could run well with the right people but they decide not to, so they get reviews like this one and I'm really going to miss some of the people that helped me and that I made friends with but for the other ones God is watching. What do you like most about living here?
