All of these deficiencies fell under the Life Safety Code category, indicating no Health Code issues were cited during this inspection. The facility's history reveals that it had previously failed to comply with Chapter 33, Existing Residential Board and Care Occupancies, as well as other applicable chapters of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101. Additionally, fire drills were not conducted or documented in accordance with licensing standards for assisted living facilities. These issues were addressed between November 15, 2018, and December 22, 2018. No enforcement actions were found to have been taken against The Mercy House B as a result of these inspections.
